How are MergeOdds tips made?+
Every morning we read the fixtures in our chosen leagues: goals scored and conceded at home and away, recent form and team strength. A statistical model turns those numbers into probabilities. A tip is only published when the model reaches our confidence bar (currently 70%) and real bookmaker odds are available — otherwise there is no tip that day.
Are the free tips really free?+
Yes. Free tips and the Daily Safe Accumulator are free for everyone, every day. You only need an account for VIP.
What do I get with VIP?+
VIP unlocks the 3.5 Odds Rollover, 20+ Odds and Correct Score categories for the length of your plan (weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly). VIP picks need at least 80% model confidence or an analyst's sign-off.
How do I pay?+
By Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo), card or bank through Paystack, or with Bitcoin. VIP starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Does VIP renew automatically?+
No. Each payment covers a fixed period and simply ends — you are never charged again without choosing to. We email you a few days before it ends.
Can I get a refund if a tip loses?+
No. Tips are statistical opinions, not guarantees, and VIP is delivered immediately, so all payments are final. See our refund policy.
How are results decided?+
Automatically from the official final score after each match (90 minutes plus stoppage time). Postponed or cancelled matches are void. Every result stays on our public results page — wins and losses.
Can a tip change after it is posted?+
Before kick-off a tip can be corrected or withdrawn (for example if a key player is ruled out). Once the match starts, the tip is locked and settled from the final score.
Paid but VIP isn't showing?+
Mobile Money can take a few minutes. Refresh My Account after 5 minutes. Still nothing? Contact support with your payment reference (it starts with MO-).
Is betting safe?+
Only bet if you are 18 or older, only stake what you can afford to lose, and never chase losses. If betting stops being fun, take a break — see our responsible gambling page.
