1. What MergeOdds is

MergeOdds is a football analytics and prediction service. We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept bets, and we do not hold customer funds for betting.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use betting-related information where you live.

3. Your responsibility

• You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make.
• Predictions do not guarantee winnings.
• Historical performance does not guarantee future results.

4. VIP plans

A VIP plan gives access to the VIP categories listed on the plan for the stated number of days, starting when payment is confirmed. Plans do not renew automatically. Sharing, reselling or republishing VIP content is not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund.

5. Accounts

Keep your login details private. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
